Every Kimberley Kreations piece is personalised and made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for mistakes in the personalisation details entered at checkout, so please double-check names, dates and spelling before ordering.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

- Include a photo of the item showing the problem
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with the next steps
Refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to process them.
