Every Kimberley Kreations piece is personalised and made to order just for you, so here’s what to expect from “add to cart” to your doorstep.
1. Making your piece
Your item is made by our production partner in the USA:
- Ready-made pendants and gift necklaces: 2–3 business days
- Name, engraved and printed items: 3–5 business days

3. Free shipping 🎁

4. Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
5. Gifting tip 🎄
Ordering for a birthday, anniversary or Christmas? Allow time for making and delivery, and order early during busy holiday periods, when carriers can take a little longer.
6. Customs and import fees
Because orders ship from the USA, some countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
7. Some items ship to the USA only
A few home and living items can only be delivered to US addresses. This is shown on the product page.
